the room is absolutely tiny, I had to choose between opening my suitcase or breathing. I simply can't comprehend how they charge for early check-in when my kids were waiting. Honestly, I was tempted to leave a glowing review, but this woeful service ruined it for me. Do they even care? Probably not.

Staff Made Our Difficult Situation Easier
I had a great experience here, especially thanks to the incredible front desk team. They went above and beyond when my child got sick, providing towels and even calling a taxi to a nearby hospital that accommodates foreigners.
